Notes
Had a tough tempo run today. Main group left before I got outside so played catch-up most of the run. Gained a lot of ground through about a mile and a half before they picked it up good. Caught the main pack and made a move on the hill about halfway through. Then set my eyes on the few up front but tried to keep smooth without straining too much and didn't make up much ground until the last mile. Finally decided in the last mile to try and close the gap as well as I could. Caught the pack of 3 with about a half mile to go and stuck with them as we picked it up on the last straight. Almost a guaranteed pr for the tempo warm-up but felt fairly smooth. Pace didn't seem as hard after Friday's tempo run.
