Really feel kinda like ass. Need more sleep, need to eat better, need yoga...ow. General lower back/ass tightness with mild soreness ever since lower back issues a couple of weeks ago. Had to drag myself out the door for today's run. Humidity taking its toll. Decided to take today's "run" REALLY easy so as to have something left for planned 11 tomorrow and 18 on Friday or Sat. (weather dependent). I couldn't do speed work this week if I tried. Lately I feel like I'm kicking my own ass. Last couple of weeks felt great...now I am paying for it.
