Weird-ass weather (typical for MI in the late Spring). I busted my butt to get out the door between storms. High humidity, so took it easy...not that my lungs would allow anything too fast, anyhow.
Knee felt pretty good, but both shins are angry. Shoes only have just over 250 miles on them and I got 300+ out of the last pair. Did a lot of wet runs in them, though. Will keep an eye on them.
