Meh...wearing shoes other than my beloved 902s reminds me why I love them best. Everything else seems inflexible and lacking in cushion and my shins get annoyed.
Tried to run easy...but 11.5 minute miles take conscious effort to run. I feel like I'm walking, even though I know my walk is considerably slower. I really want to see how much faster my fast/hard workouts can be if I make my easy ones truly e-a-s-y.
