Humid...yuck. Calves felt very tight for first couple of miles. I think in the future I need to plan for an easy 2 mile warm-up separate from my tempo runs. Makes for a longer workout, but I think my tempo quality would be better if I weren't in pain for those early miles. Probably would have less risk of injury that way, too.
