Almost a year ago I rolled my first metric century >1mph slower with a complete death march finish. Today was a comfy cruise...cool. Literally cool. Downright frigid by the lake. So much so that I ended up with a new long-sleeve jersey (s'ok, I only had one prior to this and this new one really fits nicely) from our favorite LBS's clearance rack after our lunch/supper stop. As it was I was still chilly. Fer fuck's sake, it's Summer in a month! What gives?!
