Weight-bearing dorsiflexion still hurts and I can't hop more than once--want to be able to do 4 hops on left foot before I even attempt to run. I really think it's going to be close to 3 more weeks before that is possible, which = 6 weeks of no running. :( Did 10 minutes on the wobble board...that felt kind of good. Really activates some odd muscles here and there.
