Humidity was ghastly...lots of gasping for air, regardless of how slow I ran and how many hits I took off the inhaler. Right knee starting to feel those not-enough-support twinges. Superfeet are a bit too much in these shoes (ends up feeling like a golf ball under my arch, as the Mizuno arch is so high already), so may try some of those Montrail or Sof Sole heat-moldable insoles.
