Wind chill: 38
Wind chills in the 30s are starting to take some getting used to. It always feels like Fall is a short season...not much transition from shorts to tights. I'm feeling the cold more than I would be if we had this weather in January.
Lungs not too bad. Legs have felt really strong this week, so going with it. Hope to do first post-marathon "long" run of 90-120 minutes later this week.
