Phew...so tired. Felt like I was muscling my way through run. The boys followed-along on did's POS mtn. bike w/Dane's trail-a-bike attached.
Wore green Superfeet insoles, again. Can't decide if I like them more than the "berry" ones. Seem to have quite a bit more aggressive arch, but control seems maybe the same. Cushion perhaps better, though. Still have plenty of time to settle on which insole I prefer.
Right knee still giving me fits. Can't wait for taper. I really hope those nearly 3 easier weeks give my knee time to strengthen and heal.
