The Michigan
1600/1200/800/400 w/ 1 mi tempo between each rep and 2min jog between everything. So 1600, 2min jog, 1 mi tempo, 2min jog, 1200, and so on.
4:48.88/3:35.93/2:18.2/62.19 for the reps
5:23.65/5:21.84/5:16.21 for the tempo miles
Solid workout all around, very happy with it. The tempo miles were the best part of the workout, they felt like they just were coming easy. 5:20s were very comfortable. I thought the opening mile was gonna be really tough to hit, but it set the tone for the workout when I got through it without any trouble really. After that rep and the first tempo mile I knew it was gonna be my day and I couldn't waste it. Always great feeling that confident early in a workout. When I got to the last tempo mile I wanted to make sure it was under 5:20 since there was only a 400 left, and that was after a 2 min jog.
