Tough w/o for sure. The first set of hills was a bit more spicy than I was wanting to go, but it felt doable and Mitch and I had a good trade off going for each loop. Just knew that it was going to be a grinder to get through the second set. After the first 25 min, Mitch went for a fartlek to finish and I started the second set. Just wanted to keep it under 6:00 pace since the legs were def feeling it, and managed to do so. Didn't die, but it was a fight to try and go harder than 5:50's at any point so I just mentally tried to maintain. Got through it and finished decently then met up Mitch for the cool down. Cool down went downhill quick and my legs were totally cashed by the last mile and a half.
