W/o went pretty well, def got moving a bit quicker than I thought I would. Second rep started really feeling it the last mile. Third rep I was hurting in the second mile, I pushed hard on the far side of the loop knowing I'd have a better overall rep for it. The 500s all were pretty uncomfortable, I expected them to feel pretty slow, so I was hammering early in each rep, and got over my skis on every one of them lol. Still stayed on overall pace though, so that was nice.
