Tough day today. Quite cool at the start, then it started steady drizzling, then raining, and the wind picked up quite a bit in Meadowbrook. Still got a solid PR out of it though, by over a minute. Rough conditions for sure, my shoe came untied right around mile 6. Would love to come back to this after a solid training block some year.
