I was feeling it from Monday, but i was able to try and just grind through this one. Felt like i was at a pretty high gear for about 5 of the 7 miles of this tempo and when we were going down modaff i randomly threw in surges to try and catch mitch but mostly to try and shake myself up and trying to simulate surges in a race. I was definitely feeling monday's workout but i still had a modaff PR and i didnt feel incredibly awful doing it.
