5x mile @ tempo (5:25-5:30) w/ 75 sec rest, then an additional 75 sec rest into 3x mile @ <5:00 pace, 3:30 rest.

Wasn't too sure about this one going in, didn't know how I'd handle the paces, or if I'd crack trying to get under 5 the last 3 miles. The tempo miles felt great. Floating along at like 5:23s the first few were a nice momentum builder for the hard miles in the end.
The last three didn't feel too bad either, but it was def a struggle to get moving faster then 4:50 pace.The last one I hit the point where it didn't hurt that much worse in the last 800 or so, but all I could really do was maintain.
