60 min easy/~6:00 pace until 18/1 mi cool down
First easy portion went great, very fluid, felt fine. Had the wind in my face for pretty much all of it though, and I think it sapped me a bit for the pick up portion. But at the turnaround I got moving immediately and had the wind behind me. Was worried I wouldn't be able to hit 6:00 within the first mile, but it was no problem. The problem was dropping a 5:30 that tanked me a bit. Felt v tired with 2 to go and started falling apart. Couldn't keep it under 5:50 the last two. Still a solid day though. Easy cool down mile to finish it off. Felt completely empty at the end, and still feel off a few hours later.
