Not the best w/o, but could've been worse. Felt slightly under the weather since the workout Monday, but felt fantastic on the warmup so I thought I was gonna run really well on this workout. Didn't happen, but it was still decent. Glad I closed off the last rep alright and didn't just tank during this. Good mental exercise on staying mentally with it when the workout's not coming easy.
