Hill cycles at Maggie's apt. 18 min/4 min recovery/12 min
Pretty happy with today. It was supposed to be a moderate w/o and I felt pretty moderate on it, not like I was killing it or anything. Fastest splits in a hill workout I've ever done, so pleased with that. Just kept it strong on the step part, then fluid through the gentle incline the second half. Easy jog on the immediate downhill, then steady recovery to the start. Surprised myself through this one.
