Notes

Not really a 'tempo;' more of a time trial speed work session. .75 w/u, 2miles RP, .75 c/d. Trying to get more comfortable at sustaining 'hard efforts' over longer distance/duration. Rather than a fast finish I went for a hold the effort approach. I liked it as a workout.
