Firecracker 10 miler. Hot as usual! 79 degrees, 54% humidity, wind S at 14 mph. Really felt good until I turned back with the wind and then it got HOT! Amazing what even a little breeze can do. Forgot my headphones so pretty much ran by feel. Don't really think I started out too fast, I just couldn't regulate my body temperature once the wind was at my back. Did end up with a PR for this race though.
