Notes

LT workout on treadmill, since the weather outside was unstable. Started with miles @ BOTT (balls on the table) HMP (6:15), continued with 1 mile @ 10K, and 4 X .5 mile repeats at 10K pace. Stuffy in the gym, which made the workout tougher. Legs were surprisingly cooperative.
