Notes

Easy miles and active recoveries were all run at just under 9:00 pace, while the 3 X 1 mile repeats were at 6:00 pace. Done on TM because of the weather outside---UGH!! Legs felt tight in first mile repeat, but felt better with each successive one. Still, a very challenging workout, one that bolstered my confidence heading into Sunday's HM.
