81 degrees at start, 86 degrees at end of run, with a heat index of 89. Dewpoint reading of 70. Probably the toughest run I have done in a LONG time. I'm shocked that I was near the high end of my aerobic zone, yet still barely going a sub 9:00 pace. First run of two scheduled for today.
