8.5 miles total @ 7:20 pace. Tuesday treadmill workout. Ladders--400/800/1200/1200/800/400 at 5:52 pace (all-time 5K PR pace) and 400 recoveries at 8:41, sandwiched in between 2 miles of warm up and cool down. If I can bust out these workouts when I'm 15-20 lbs overweight, just watch I'll be able to do once I'm at goal race weight. #doworkloseweightgetfast
