I'm not sure if I can believe the HR monitor readings. That 143 AHR seems really low and the 182 HR max was at the start of my run. Considering that I ran a 9:00 pace for the first two miles, I just doesn't seem right. The highest I saw my HR at any point in the run was 165, and that was at the end of my workout. The Last hour of the run was run at a faster pace, with a goal AHR of 155-160. Pace in that last hour was right around 7:06, compared to the 8:13 average pace for the first two hours, where I purposely tried to keep my AHR below 145. Did long run with LunaRacers to test whether or not I could possibly run a marathon in them. It looks like it just might happen.
