Wisconsin Half Marathon. Supposed to be an attempt to run a 1:22. Lead bike took a wrong turn, so our mile 3 was a quarter of a mile too long. I was hoping that one of the next couple of miles would be short, but that never happened. That just messed me up mentally, so I decided to slow it down about 10-15 seconds per mile and make the "race" a strong workout.
Splits were 6:17, 6:13, 14:04 (for 2.26 miles, 6:13 pace), 6:18, 6:33 (when I decided to back off), 6:34, 6:30, 6:25, 6:31, 6:33, 6:31, 7:18 (final 1.11). 12th overall/2075, 1st AG/149.
