My second midweek MLR. 80-81 degrees throughout the run, with relatively low humidity (mid to upper 50s). Again, I modified the paces slightly for the higher temps, aiming for around 8:50 for first 6 miles and 8:10 for last 6. Was maintaining paces well until I decided to push the last mile to tentative goal marathon pace (7:15) just to see how much HR would rise. Overall AHR was 149, with the AHR for the last mile of 160 (7:15 pace).
