Holy wind-and-humidity friggin moly! I'm suspecting that those factors, along the lingering fatigue from Sunday's LR made this one challenging. Included 6 sets of 1/2 mile repeats with 1/2 mile @ easy (7:00 ish). By the time I got to the last one, I was just starting to get into the swing of things. Paces for repeats were 6:09, 6:17, 6:09 (headwind), 5:56, 5:50, 5:43 (tailwind).
First run in my Brooks T7 racers--LOVE THEM!!
