60 minute easy run. Brought along cell phone with cadence counter to make sure it remained high enough throughout the workout (at least 180 steps per minute). 180 was too slow for me, as was 185. My cadence sweet spot today was right around 192. In other news, my stride felt smoother today than it has in weeks, as I was able to extend the hips forward and drive the knee forward. Now imagine how much better things will feel once I'm back to my drivers license weight!
