Supposed to target average HR of 160 today, but averaged 154 (77% HR Max, 70% HR reserve). Pace started at just slower than 9:00 and improved to sub 7:50s by the end of the run with heart rate maintaining steady throughout run (no cardiac drift = YAY). Good to see that (at least for today) that I could run close to 8:00 pace with a HR below the high end of my aerobic zone. Maybe this Hadd stuff is working for me.
