More of a Pfitz-styled LR today (first 1/2 @ MP+20%, second 1/2 @ MP+10%). Nailed my target paces (8:11 vs. goal of 8:12 for miles 1-10, 7:30 vs. 7:31 for miles 11-20). Despite some tightness in hamstrings, I consider the run a success. Oh yeah, no fueling during today's run, if that matters.
