Lame-o attempt to run to the gym. Alternated 2 minutes of running with 1 minute of walking. Things still not feeling quite right; because I'm afraid of what might happen when the right foot lands the ground, I'm not pushing forward enough on that side. As a result, my lower left leg is really stiff when I land, and after a while, the stiffness in the lower leg/shin turns to discomfort.
