Notes

Plan called for a 14 mile easy effort run, so I kept it that way. At least I kept it that way until the last 3+ miles, when I decided to pick up that pace. Last 3 miles were 7:19/6:49 (really?)/7:22. Nice way to cap off a strong month of training.
