Pretty decent long run--includes 8 miles with CES training group. We were supposed to run 4 easy and 4 at their goal race pace. I pushed my one runner harder than I would normally since I have run with him in the past. Concluded run with more mileage, mostly at MP (7:00)+ 5%.
