Crappy crappy run. First half was just bleh, and while second half felt better after picking up the pace from 8:2X to 7:1X, it's evident that I'm going through a temporary low point in my running. Part of it is probably due to a lack of focus now that I finished my spring training and racing and have yet to figure out what I'll train for next. But part of it is the result of GIGO (garbage in, garbage out) in my diet over the past few weeks. Time to get back to my eating habits, with a special focus of eliminating snacks and getting back to a vegetarian program.
