Track workout. Very windy out there today (over 25 mph with gusts around 35).
Took a while for my legs to get moving, but things turned out okay by the end of it. Initially wanted to warm up for 2 miles before proceeding to 3 X10 minutes @ goal HMP with 2 minute jogs, but managing only a 6:29 pace after the 2 miles showed me that I needed to spend some more time with w/u. So after 2 more mile repeats where I kept working the pace up to GHMP (with 90 second jogs), I was able to move on to 2 X 10 minutes @ GHMP with 90 second jogs. Then I took it down to dream GMP for 1 mile before one final easy lap around the track.
