Notes

Mileage on the track. First mile was a warmup as I sped up with every successive lap to shake of the rest. Followed by 4 X 1 mile repeats between HMP and 10K pace with 3 minute active recoveries. Took a slightly longer recovery period after the 4th repeat (just over 4 minutes), followed by 2 miles between GMP and HMP.
