started at high school track with tim and brenda for a mile warmup
ran at about 7.30-7:50 mm pace for about 30 minutes, ran a couple laps with bootcamp group for their warmup/my recovery. ran about 30 more minutes at 7.45-7.55 pace. few laps cooldown - 1 without shoes. walk some then jog home.
overall tough workout, tired.
