run Y mile (6:35), vigorous PT (vee ups, knee pushups/pushoffs, XC jumps, grass drills)
run intervals: 1 min at 1 mile pace, 1 min recover; 2 min run, 1 min recover; 3 min run, 1 min recover; 2 min run, 1 min recover; 1 min run (total of 9 min at pace + 4 min recover)
