ran at shippensburg/newville railtrail with bootcamp group.
ran about 3 miles with kaye then ran fast for 3-4 miles to catch up to 18 mile group. got pretty tired from the turnaround to the finish. race rose in the last half mile and she won.
very tired from this run. fast miles early were costly later. used up everything at the end.
