did short strength workout at the Y,
then laps on the track race pace practice for Sunday. tried for 1:55 per lap and was too fast one the first and pretty close for the rest of them. mixed in easy pace (2:30 per lap): 1 easy, 1 at pace, 1 easy, 3 at pace, 2 or 3 easy, 2 at pace
