bootcamp run with Kaye - mostly a run 10 minutes walk 2 minutes pattern

ran the last half mile fast, maybe 8 minute pace

had gotten a call about an injured runner so drove to give a her ride

also tried out homemade energy gel: qtr cup honey, tsp molasses, 0.1 tsp salt, coffee to make 5 ounces - it was ok
