had trouble getting on the proper pace, several at 8:15 ish on the out, still went a little faster coming back
mile splits - 8:22, 8:24, 8:13, 8:15, 8:13 pace for last 0.34 mile; back 8:05, 8:04, 8:06, 8:02, 7:54 (partial)
