6xKeech Hill. Woof, these were tougher than expected after the tempo. Was hurting by the end. Average time up was around 46 seconds, average time down was around 1:14. This workout seemed easy on paper but when you're not in phenomenal shape, it kind of kicks your butt. Just need to recover well now.
