Came up with a new workout today. Calling it "The Kipchoge". It's based off of workouts I've read about in Kipchoge's training. Threshold intervals followed by some 400s at 5k. Kipchoge does a lot more volume and faster paces but I wanted to give it a go. 3x2k at threshold to start w/400 jog in between. Went 6:44-6:43-6:42 so consistent. Wish it had felt a little more smooth but it was nothing too challenging. Probably just the turnaround from yesterday's run in the hills and heat.
