5xArb Hill. Legs were a little sluggish from work and not doing a workout in a few days. Splits were 3:45-3:44-3:42-3:43-3:38. Wanted to keep things tough but controlled. 80-85%. Felt like I did that for all of these except the last one where I let myself my strain a bit. Overall solid effort considering I didn't really focus in on the workout until hill #3.
