Notes

Michigan Made half marathon race/workout. Goal today was to do the half at goal marathon pace as a tune up for Bayshore. Didn't realize that the course was going to consist of XC trails, dirt roads and gravel trails. The course was also super rolling which made it difficult to find a steady rhythm. Just ran by effort. Felt good and easy. For the actual marathon, I have to make sure to dial it back just a touch the opening half as I was a little quick today but shows the fitness is ready to run a good one in 3 weeks! 2 GUs at miles 3 and 8. One GU right after I finished before the cool down.
