Notes

Final hard effort in the Bayshore training block. Elected to go with my 2-1-2 workout. 2 mile tempo, 400 jog, 1 mile at 10k, 400 jog, 2 mile tempo. Good last hard aerobic effort. Felt good out there again! Bit of a headwind on the back stretch but manageable.
