Notes

Distance+some 200s today. With the big workout/long run planned for Saturday, didn't want to make today difficult. Did 50 minutes around Ann Arbor then added on 6x200s w/200 yog in between at 32-34. Run felt good. First few 200s felt rough then they felt smooth.
